When we got there to see the possible project after having been thinking the whole way about what that restaurant, Ses Porxeres, meant to me, family meals, fireplaces, family, after-dinner meals, farmhouse starters, stone-baked ribs… everything was fantastic memories of a happy childhood, we found a practically abandoned place, cold, cold but very cold! Very high ceilings, like an industrial warehouse… it was the complete opposite of what we remembered, so our priority was to give it warmth, the kind of warmth that makes you stay and above all make you want to come back!!!
The house has a lot of essence so it was relatively easy, as we like authentic spaces!!!!
